What is Metabolic Balance?

Metabolic Balance is a scientifically based, personalised nutrition plan based on your unique blood chemistry that supports and nourishes your body.  Unlike generic diets, this approach creates a meal plan specifically for you, aiming to balance your metabolism and support your overall health. It’s about finding the right foods that help you manage your weight, decrease inflammation (less aches and pains), improve your energy levels, and feel more comfortable in your body.  Metabolic Balance is a wholefood program developed in Germany that gets your body back into balance.

This program focuses on the power of real food; there are no shakes or pre-packaged meals involved. It’s not about following a one-size-fits-all diet or embarking on a grueling exercise routine.

The Steps to Starting your Metabolic Balance Program

  • Have questions or not sure if it is right for you – book a 15 minute free clarity call
  • Initial consultation – I take your health history and discuss personal preferences and goals.  We make sure the program is right for you.
  • Pathology test
  • Plan created – Your results and preferences are entered, they are run through analysis by Metabolic Balance ® and your unique personalised nutrition plan is created.
  • Accountability and support provided through the program with 1:1 consultations, facebook group, handouts and guides as you step through the program.

The program also includes

  • A smart phone app so you’ll always have your plan with you when eating out or shopping
  • Getting started guide – to provide ideas and motivation, which is great when you are first starting out
  • Recipe books – including nourishing recipes for inspiration and help so you don’t have days when you don’t know what to cook.
