When does it start?

The reset starts on the 1st February and runs until the 28th February.

 

When are the coaching calls?

The are on Friday from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
Due to the coaching nature of the calls they are not recorded.  If you have a question and can’t attend, there will be a facebook group for asking questions and sharing stories.

What happens during the coaching calls?

The calls are for you to ask questions and receive coaching.  You can turn up at any time in the call.  I’ll be there.

Will group coaching be recorded and accessible later?

Due to the coaching nature of the calls they won’t be recorded.  If you have a question and can’t be there, ask the question in the facebook group.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

The first two weeks of the program focus on removing inflammatory foods and those that can disrupt the gut to help reset your system. If you’re looking for a gentler approach, you can follow the guidelines for the later weeks, where you’ll focus on balanced, nourishing meals without being as restrictive. The goal is to give you the flexibility to choose the approach that feels right for you, while still supporting your overall health transformation.

I have a few social events I don't want to miss - can I still do the reset?

Yes, although the stricter you follow the program the better the results but the joy of food is that it is part of celebrations.  The bonus lesson on Eating out and Choosing Well will help you to navigate social functions.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

Recipes and meal plans are provided to make the planning easier.  The bonus lesson on The Organised Healthy Kitchen provides tips for meal planning and prepping.
Preparing meals and joining the weekly group calls typically requires a few hours per week.

Will this program help me lose weight?

While the focus is on improving overall health, many participants naturally release a few kilos as they adopt healthier eating habits and feel more energised.

What if I fall behind or feel overwhelmed?
