Who I Help

As a qualified nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Practitioner, I work with a wide range of health conditions, but I have a special interest in:

  • Weight loss and metabolic health: supporting healthy, sustainable weight management and improved energy through personalised nutrition.
  • Gut health and digestion: helping to ease bloating, reflux, irregular bowels, and food sensitivities by identifying underlying imbalances.
  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions: using a food-first approach to help calm inflammation, support immune balance, and improve daily wellbeing.
  • Longevity and healthy ageing: guiding clients to maintain muscle mass, brain health, and vitality for a longer, more active life.

Many people I work with are seeking clarity and support that’s realistic and evidence-based. My goal is to provide a personalised program taking into account your lifestyle, health history, health goals and support you step by step through the nutrition and lifestyle changes towards your health goals.  I’ll help you understand your body, support your metabolism and gut, decrease inflammation and create sustainable changes that help you feel energised, balanced, and well for the long term.

 

I have an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and am an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS)

I believe in the power of real food and the body’s natural ability to heal when we give it the nourishment and support it truly needs.

You don’t have to do it all at once.

It’s about tailored, meaningful changes tailored to fit your lifestyle.

I take the time to look at the whole picture, not just the number on the scales or the results of the stool test. We work together to understand what’s really going on underneath, whether it’s weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, mood shifts, or digestion issues.

At Stepping Stones Nutrition, it’s not about overnight change, it’s about building real, lasting habits one step at a time. Step by step, small changes become powerful shifts.

Who I am Beyond Nutrition 

I love being outdoors, whether I’m gardening or walking and I enjoy cooking (but I’m very much home style not cordon bleu !). I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family. My background includes years in the corporate world, which means I understand what it’s like to manage deadlines, juggle responsibilities, and still want to prioritise your health.

What I’ve learnt, both personally and professionally, is that health doesn’t have to be hard or extreme. It just needs to be consistent, supportive, and shaped around you.
